Profile
Elle started her career in marketing, event and office management at the Institute of Directors.
After 3 years she went on to specialise in legal sector marketing and event management.

Prior to joining Renaissance Legal Elle spent 8 years working for one of the largest law firms
in the South East, during which time she gained invaluable experience in the management
of client and business relationships.

Elle is responsible for marketing and business development and ensuring that we maintain
our high level of client service.

Elle also spends some of her time teaching adults with learning disabilities everyday skills
to enable them to become more independent. This strengthens our knowledge and experience
of working for disabled and vulnerable adults, and is a passion shared equally by Philip and Elle.

Hobbies
In Elle’s spare time she is often found volunteering for Brighton based children’s charity,
Rockinghorse. She is a keen upholsterer, reconditioning old furniture and openly describes
herself as a fair weather gardener!
