About Renaissance Legal
We specialise in planning effectively for the future with Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection applications and Inheritance Tax Planning. Our team are friendly, approachable and understand that planning for the future can be a complex and emotional process. We make sure our clients needs are met in the most effective, forward thinking and economic way.
We have a reputation for exceptionally high client care standards, getting to know each and every individual and family we work with and pride ourselves on being smart, professional and meticulous in our attention to detail.
We specialise in working with families and carers of disabled and vulnerable individuals, helping them plan effectively for the future. Our team has built its excellent reputation on understanding the needs of parents and carers – all of whom are dealing with complex, often challenging lives, where it’s vital that they can understand their options.
We understand that planning for the future can be difficult and involve complicated decisions. This may be especially true when a disabled or vulnerable individual is involved and with their needs to also consider. Our philosophy is to simplify the process as much as possible and in certain circumstances, if the family feel it is appropriate, we look to include the disabled and vulnerable person in the process and at key meetings.
As well as advising families and carers of disabled individuals, we also provide legal advice to private individuals, families – young and old, the vulnerable and the elderly. We have long-standing relationships with clients across Sussex, the South East and London. Our offices are based in central Brighton and our team also have access to offices in London Euston and Crawley.
We also offer Skype appointments for people who are based outside Sussex or London, or have difficulties leaving or travelling away from home, which provides access to our experts from anywhere in the UK. Our offices in Brighton has disabled parking at the front of the building and we also have disabled access into the building. Parking is available for clients at our Brighton office, this needs to be booked in advance of your appointment.
