We are Renaissance Legal, a dynamic and forward-thinking Solicitors firm, whose specialist lawyers work with families and carers of disabled and vulnerable individuals, putting in place a legal framework to support them.
We have won awards for our exceptional client service, and are now looking for someone to be the first point of contact for clients phoning and coming into the office.
This is a busy role, greeting clients, handling and triaging calls and managing our general enquiries email address. You will be the first point of contact, creating the right first impression so our clients feel well supported and cared for by expert professionals is essential.
This role is busy and varied. It demands a flexible, can-do, hands-on and solution focused approach, with exceptional client service. As a tight knit and supportive firm, having a positive team focused attitude and a willingness to muck in when required is essential.
