Reception & Office Administrator

We are Renaissance Legal, an award winning, dynamic and forward-thinking Solicitors firm in Brighton. Our specialist lawyers work with families and carers of disabled and vulnerable individuals, providing them with advice, guidance and support to put in place appropriate future plans for their loved one.

We have won awards for our exceptional client service, and are now looking for someone to be the first point of contact for clients contacting the team.

This is a busy role, supporting the team with administrative duties, greeting clients, triaging calls and provide general support as necessary.  Creating the right first impression so our clients feel well supported and cared for, by expert professionals, is essential.

This role is busy and varied.  It demands a flexible, can-do, hands-on and solution focused approach, with exceptional client service.  As a tight knit and supportive firm, having a positive team focused attitude and a willingness to muck in when required is essential.
