Renaissance Legal, specialists in legal advice to families and carers of disabled and vulnerable people, has announced the launch of a new company, Renaissance Trust Corporation Ltd, trading as Renaissance Trust.  

The newly formed Trust company is in partnership with the team from Castlewood Trust & Company, who have provided unparalleled expertise in Trust and Company structures, advising individuals, families, companies and existing Trustees on the ongoing management, administration and compliance associated with Trusts, for the past 20 years.  Philip Warford and Scott Clayton

Under the new name of Renaissance Trust, Renaissance Legal’s award-winning team come together with the exceptional team from Castlewood to launch a new, independently owned Trust company that will provide a unique set of services.

Philip Warford, Founding Director of Renaissance Trust, said:

News of the launch follows another period of sustained growth for Renaissance Legal, who are finalists in two categories at the STEP Private Client Awards 2022 – Boutique Firm of the Year and Vulnerable Client Advisory Practice of the Yearthat will be take place this coming December. The creation of Renaissance Trust ensures that companies in the Renaissance group can signpost individuals and families to a trusted, specialist service to create, manage, administer and look after their Trusts.
