Clare

We have announced a further expansion with the arrival of Clare Finn as Associate Solicitor. A specialist private client solicitor, Clare has spent the last 15 years advising clients about a wide range of issues that are often relevant to those in later life. Prior to that she worked in the field of family law, providing her with deep experience of working with families to resolve various issues.

Clare joined our growing team on the 27th June where she will be preparing Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney, advising clients on relevant Trusts and handling the administration of estates. She is a member of STEP (The Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners).

Clare commented “I am excited and proud to be joining the Renaissance Legal team. I have always admired the firm’s reputation and philosophy regarding their work in the disabled and vulnerable community, and I am looking forward to getting to know the families and people the firm supports”.

The arrival of Clare comes at a period of growth for our Brighton-based team, and further strengthens our position as the leading law firm in the country in helping families and carers of disabled and vulnerable individuals plan effectively for the future. This year we have established a new online brand with the launch of our new website and blog.

Philip Warford, Managing Director, said “Clare’s arrival comes at what is an extremely exciting time for us. Following a year of growth, which has seen us advise more clients than ever before, 2016 is shaping up to be an exciting year.

The nature of our work, and the unique needs of the clients we look after, means that any new recruit must not only be an exceptional lawyer, but also have exactly the right people skills. We work in a highly sensitive and complex area of law, and it is vital that the needs of the people that we help, parents and carers are understood and that they understand their choices. Clare has all these qualities and we are looking forward to welcoming her to the team”.

For the last 2 years Clare has volunteered at the Brighton Dome on behalf of the Umbrella Club. The Umbrella Club is Brighton Dome’s membership club for children and young people with life-limiting conditions and their siblings and carers. The Umbrella Club provides free and discounted tickets to family shows and workshops, as well as live streaming of selected performances.
