Chailey Heritage School
Chailey Heritage School 19th September 2018 – Wills and Trust Planning for the Future Seminar
Philip Warford will be presenting his first seminar for to parents and carers at Chailey Heritage School this September 2018 in East Sussex. Chailey is a pioneering charity providing education, care and transition services for children and young people with complex physical disabilities and health needs.
This two-hour seminar aims to help families make decisions on how they will provide for and look after their children after they are gone. Philip discusses why a Will is sometimes not enough when you have a disabled or vulnerable son or daughter.
Philip explains that through the use of a discretionary or disabled persons trust, we can leave inheritance to a loved one so that it won’t affect their means tested benefits or leave them financially at risk.
