Mencap Decision Making for Vulnerable People Webinar

On Thursday 28th November, Philip Warford has been invited by Mencap to deliver a webinar about decision making for a person with a learning disability.

As you may already know, the legal position regarding decision making changes once a person becomes an adult and it is important to understand how your disabled loved one may be affected by this. During this 1 hour Zoom webinar, Philip will talk through the key principles of the Mental Capacity Act 2005, who can make a Powers of Attorney and how the Court of Protection might help.
