On Monday 12th November Philip Warford is speaking at Mencap’s Planning for the Future Seminar at Conway Hall, 25 Red Lion Square, London.

The Wills and Trust Service Mencap provides helps families with the important task of providing financial stability for their child’s future. Mencap help parents through their offer of free and impartial advice on Wills and Trusts specifically for disabled and vulnerable people. This includes free two-hour seminars in various locations across the UK. To give clear and helpful advice on how best to provide financial security for a relative with a learning disability.

There will be two seminars running on 12 November which are delivered by Philip Warford who specialises in this complex area of law.  He helps families to understand the options available, and is there to answer any questions.
