Getting to know Clare
If you were not a Solicitor what job would you do?
A physiotherapist; I would learn how the body works and help people get the best from their bodies.
If you were given a day off work where would we find you?
Walking or cycling on the Sussex Downs. If it was a hot sunny day I’d have a dip in the sea.
What can you do that no one else in the office can do?
I can ride a dromedary camel and a bactrian camel. I can’t ride very far and prefer the comfort of the two humped bactrian.
If you could go back in history to a specific date or time, what would it be?
I would like to go back to seventeenth century to see life in the court of King Charles II. Apart from all the scandals I would love to meet the members of the Royal Society and learn about their inventions and discoveries.
Where in the world would you most like to visit?
I’d love to visit Bolivia to see the fabulous salt flats and funky hat fashions.
