Getting to know Jayne

If you were not a benefits adviser and trainer what job would you do?

I’d be a backing singer in a famous band.

If you were given a day off work where would we find you?

Catching up on Grey’s Anatomy with my daughter and a couple of silly cats.

What can you do that no one else in the office can do?

An ultra complicated Universal Credit calculation (Amy can do these too, by the way).

If you could go back in history to a specific date or time, what would it be?

The date when Iain Duncan Smith dreamt up Universal Credit so that I could tell him how to redesign the benefits system properly.

Where in the world would you most like to visit?

Dollywood!
