Kids First is Merton’s forum for parents and carers of children or young people with a disability or special need. Our group is delighted to have found Philip Warford, Managing Director of Renaissance Legal, who, since 2011, has run regular free workshops of relevance to our members: wills and trusts, and LPA and MCA. Phil’s depth of knowledge, his friendly disposition and approachability to parents make him extremely popular – so much so, we are now booking bigger rooms! We could not afford to do this, however, without the support and help of Renaissance Legal, as Kids First is a project of Merton Mencap, a local charity with limited funding. Renaissance Legal also contributes regular articles for the Kids First newsletter. We are very grateful. Thank you.
