Philip and the team at RL are polite, courteous, friendly and welcoming.  You feel special as a client and you feel looked after.  He thoroughly understood our needs and met those needs in a very professional way.  You are valued and everything is explained in an easy manner and you don’t feel that it is condescending.  Philip has been a pleasure to deal with and I have been very grateful and appreciative of everything he has done for us.  I wish that more people could provide a service like Philip does – as there are not many that make you feel valued as an individual and a client.  Philip knows his stuff and is very experienced.  I would happy recommend and he is one of the good, honest guys.  Thank you very much.
