My sister and I have a brother with learning difficulties whose problems have been compounded by redundancy and a diagnosis of pulmonary fibrosis at the age of 63. Our family have never made a claim for my brother as we have supported him to be independent. When his JSA expired we were overwhelmed by the paperwork and lack of advice and support available, until we trawled the internet and found your company, Renaissance Legal.

From the initial contact, we encountered nothing but true professionalism and courtesy, from all members of staff. They are all outstanding ambassadors who have provided a beacon of light to our family in dark, uncertain and worrying times, especially Lisa Pope.

Special mention must also be made of our consultant, Jayne Knights, who encouraged us all the way. Her advice, knowledge and dedication knew no bounds. There were many occasions, throughout the PIP and EPA submissions when we felt overawed. Fortunately Jayne quickly advised us despite the short time constraints, She worked so hard and tirelessly and with great sensitivity. Her buoyancy and positive attitude certainly kept us focused, she is a truly fabulous and energetic lady who we were delighted to work with, we certainly reaped the benefits, whatever the Pip and ESA outcome will be.
